Help Desk Guidelines
- All Complaints must be submitted via the help desk.
- Spamming of the help desk (sending repeated copies of the same message) is prohibited.
- Repeated harassment and abuse of help desk staff is prohibited.
- If you have submitted a help ticket and have not yet received a response, please do not complain in chat that help ticket has not yet been answered.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your support ticket, you may draft a help ticket explaining your grievance and address it to Management.
- Help Tickets should adhere to the same standards as chat communications.
- All Complaints must be submitted via the help desk.
** Have respect for the GM’s authority. **
** Address your concern without the use of obscenities or threatening language. **
** Allow staff the necessary time to resolve your concern. **
