ToggleCard Note: Error (2): Transaction is declined. Normal Decline
Cause: A normal decline means that your credit card has not been approved for a payment, usually by your bank. Once you make a load request, we send it to your credit card issuer for approval.
In some cases, although the bank did not approve our request, it will still show on your credit card statement as "transaction is pending". In that case,your card will not be charged by us, and the "pending transaction" will be removed from your credit card statement in accordance with your bank's time frame.
Important notice: if repeatd actions are taken when given this code it may affect your short term credit line with your card issuer, so please, if you are declined, do not try again for the next 24 hours.
Solution: Try loading your ToggleCard using a different credit card.
ToggleCard Note: another togglecard was loaded with this credit card
Cause: This is a technical error at ToggleCard. It can happen if you've tried to load another ToggleCard using that same credit card in the past. It can also happen quite at random when that credit card has never been used at ToggleCard at all! Go figure :)
Solution: Try loading your ToggleCard using a different credit card. Or please e-mail helpme@bingomania.com with your ToggleCard number that you are trying to load, your e-mail address, and full name as is registered at ToggleCard.
ToggleCard Note: this credit card or account has been blocked
Cause: This happens when you enter the incorrect verification amount 3 times when verifying your ToggleCard.
Solution: Please see these instructions on how to verify your ToggleCard account. Log in at www.togglecard.com and click "confirm my card" and try again.
BingoMania Vendor Authorization Note: NCC Transaction unsuccessful.Processing this type of credit card in this currency is not allowed.
Cause: You have entered your Visa/Mastercard number instead of your ToggleCard number into the account number field when registering your card at BingoMania.
Solution: Re-register your ToggleCard at BingoMania. If you have exceeded your card limit, please contact support or submit a help desk ticket.
*Note: If you receive this error when attempting to load your ToggleCard, it means your Visa/Mastercard was declined by your bank. In this case, the only solution is to try another card.
BingoMania Vendor Authorization Note: NCC Transaction unsuccessful.Risk- Max Declined atempts per card limit / 24 H
Cause: Your ToggleCard has been declined too many times.
Solution: Please try funding again after a 24 hour period.

Cause: Your ToggleCard does not have enough money on it to fund your BingoMania account for the amount you chose.
Solution: Log in to www.togglecard.com, reload your ToggleCard and try again.
BingoMania Vendor Authorization Note: NCC Transaction unsuccessful.Card Not found.
Cause: The ToggleCard number you entered does not match any registered ToggleCard records.
Solution: Check the last 4 digits of your ToggleCard number registered at BingoMania and make sure they match the information provided when you created your ToggleCard account. If they don't match, re-register your ToggleCard at BingoMania.
