Help Desk Guidelines

  1. All Complaints must be submitted via the help desk.
  2. Spamming of the help desk (sending repeated copies of the same message) is prohibited.
  3. Repeated harassment and abuse of help desk staff is prohibited.
  4. If you have submitted a help ticket and have not yet received a response, please do not complain in chat that help ticket has not yet been answered.
  5. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your support ticket, you may draft a help ticket explaining your grievance and address it to Management.
  6. Help Tickets should adhere to the same standards as chat communications.
  7. All Complaints must be submitted via the help desk.

** Address your concern without the use of obscenities or threatening language. **

** Allow staff the necessary time to resolve your concern. **
